Veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served 8 years active duty and 9 years reserves. M.B.A. in Finance from LaSalle University. Yield Accountant for 3 years for Sunoco. Dept. of Defense as a Contracting Officer. In this role he assisted in awarding a $10 Billion contract for the U.S. Services. First investment property flipped it for a 22% ROI. Began to acquire rental properties in the Philadelphia market. Portfolio consists of 433 units. Host of the Service to Syndication podcast where he interviews Real Estate Investors who are serving in the U.S. Military or have Served in the U.S. Military.

David Monroe is a multifamily investor and Strategic Partner and specializes in market analysis, demand/supply analysis, market cycles, feasibility analysis, and teaches those specialties as a CCIM Instructor. David also consults lending options, acquisition, and disposition after-tax savings and strategies. He has the unique ability to connect syndicators, sponsors, key principals, and investors to get deals closed.
